Former governor of Rivers state, Rotimi Amaechi who is one of President Buhari’s ministerial nominees senate screening has been postponed by the lawmakers to tomorrow Thursday, 15th October,2015.

This postponement according to Nigeria’s senate is because its Committee on Ethics, Privileges and Public Petitions has been unable to meet and subsequently submit its report on the petition filed against Amaechi.
The committee has however said that they would meet later today once today’s screening have been concluded so as to evaluate the petition and submit a report tomorrow.
