Statistics have shown that Nigeria has over 72 million youths aged 15-35 years making up half of the country's total population. These youths form the country's most valuable assets.

With the recent fall in Oil prices, no sector is safe. Rapidly changing technology, dwindling natural resources and increasing fierce global competition are combining to disrupt entire industries. Only innovation and entrepreneurship will continue to thrive.

To overcome the challenges facing the Millennial, the general consensus is that expansive job creation, entrepreneurship and skill set development as well as education is all-too-important and can only be achieved through a private and public sector led model of economic growth and development for Nigeria.  This career fair has been organized to address these challenges.

Networking: This session is the most important part of the job search as it creates a platform for employers to meet applicants physically.
